Delivery

Your products will be shipped via DHL. After you have placed your order, we will deliver your parcel within two to four working days using standard shipping.

As soon as we ship your order, we will send you the shipping confirmation by email. In the shipping confirmation, you will find the tracking number for your order, which you can use to track the shipment.

Please note that it can take up to 24 hours after dispatch for the tracking information to be available. Please also note that our logistics department is closed at weekends and orders received on Friday evening can only be processed on Monday.

We are currently unable to make deliveries to Packstations.

We offer the following payment options:

PayPal: If you select PayPal as your payment method, you will be automatically redirected to PayPal to confirm the payment. Simply log in with your PayPal account and follow the instructions.

In cooperation with the payment service provider Mollie B.V. (Keizersgracht 313, 1016 EE Amsterdam, The Netherlands) we also offer the following payment options:

Credit card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex): You can pay for your order conveniently and securely with your credit card. Credit card details are encrypted using SSL technology for maximum security.
Immediate bank transfer (Klarna): At the end of the order process, you will be automatically redirected to Klarna's instant bank transfer. Payment is made by Klarna in real time via your bank's online banking.
Invoice (Klarna): When purchasing on account with Klarna, you receive the goods first and have a payment period of 30 days. You simply transfer the amount due after deduction of returns to the bank details sent by Klarna in the payment information.
Apple Pay: If you have an Apple device (iPhone, iPad, Mac), you can use Apple Pay as a payment method in our online store by using Safari. To do this, you must confirm your purchase with Face ID, Touch ID or PIN code on your iPhone, MacBook or Apple Watch.
