Products & Sizes

You can see whether an item is available directly in our online shop. When selecting a colour and size, we show you directly which version of the item is still in stock. Simply select your desired variant.

All information on the composition of the product can be found on the respective product page. Scroll down to "Material composition". There you will find detailed information

Depending on the item, the price may increase for larger sizes as more material is used.

You can rate your purchased products directly on the product detail page. Every feedback helps us and other customers.

Order, payment & dispatch

Unfortunately, for technical and data protection reasons, it is not possible for us to accept orders by telephone or e-mail for our customers. You can only place an order via our webshop.

You can place your order as a guest without creating a customer account. However, if you log in, you will have access to your order history, your shopping basket will be saved and your details will be stored for future purchases.

An order cannot be cancelled as order processing begins immediately after order confirmation. You can return the items according to the instructions when you receive the parcel.

Orders are immediately forwarded to our warehouse for processing and packing, so unfortunately it is not possible to make changes at a later date. If you have forgotten to order a product, you can place a new order in our online store.

Once we have received your order, it is no longer possible to change it.

As soon as we dispatch your order, we will send you the dispatch confirmation by email. In the dispatch confirmation you will find the tracking number for your order, which you can use to track the shipment. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours after dispatch for the tracking information to be available.

If you have placed an order, your order confirmation will always be sent automatically to your e-mail address. Please note that automatic messages may also end up in your email spam folder. If you have not received a confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact our customer service team at service@westfjord.com.

Once you have placed an order, an order confirmation with your order number will always be sent automatically to your e-mail address.

If you select PayPal as your payment method, you will be automatically redirected to PayPal to confirm the payment. Simply log in with your PayPal account and follow the instructions.

With Sofortüberweisung: At the end of the order process you will be automatically redirected to Klarna's Sofortüberweisung. Payment is made by Klarna in real time via your bank's online banking. When purchasing on account with Klarna, you receive the goods first and have a payment period of 30 days. You simply transfer the amount due after deduction of returns to the bank details sent by Klarna in the payment information.

Please enter the voucher code in the checkout area in the "Use discount code" field. The discount will then be displayed in the shopping cart.

Of course, we will automatically refund any overpayments. If you do not see a refund on your account, please write us a message with the order number or, if you did not receive one, the date, the type of payment method and the e-mail address that was used.

Your products will be shipped via DHL. Once you have ordered, we will deliver your parcel within two to four working days using standard shipping.

We do not charge shipping costs in Germany. You can find the shipping costs for other countries here.

Please check your shipment for completeness and integrity immediately upon receipt and refuse acceptance if there is visible damage. If the damage was not discovered immediately upon receipt, it can also be confirmed by DHL within a maximum of 7 days by means of a damage report. You can find the form for this on the DHL website.

We regret that you have received the wrong item. Please return the item to us using the enclosed returns label and place a new order if necessary.

Returns & complaints

Use the enclosed return slip and follow the instructions.

You can return the items to us in the original packaging in which you received the order or in secure packaging of your choice. However, we recommend that you reuse the original package to avoid waste.

Use only one parcel to reduce your ecological footprint. To enable a smooth and efficient process in our warehouse, we ask you to enclose all return slips in the parcel. Otherwise, different items from multiple orders cannot be processed or allocated correctly.

An exchange is not possible. However, if you like the product and would like it in a different color or size, you must place a new order in the online store.

Your return label is usually enclosed with your parcel. If you do not have the return slip or label to hand, you can of course contact our customer service. You will then receive the documents again by e-mail.

Returns within Germany are free of charge for you. You are responsible for the return costs from other countries.

You can return new, unused goods within 30 days.

Once we have received the goods, we will do our best to process the returned items and arrange the refund within 10 working days.

As soon as we have received and checked your return, you will receive an email and we will issue you with a credit note for the purchase amount. The refund will be made using the same payment method as when you made the purchase.

If your product is defective or incomplete within the statutory warranty period of 24 months, we will be happy to handle your complaint. Please use the return slip and return label that were enclosed in your package. We have an extensive stock of spare parts in our repair workshop, including for older products. You can order spare parts here.

If a repair is not possible, we can of course send your product back to you - if you don't want to say goodbye to it just yet.
